An All Pong Hand scores 25 points when all five sets are pongs or gongs, with no sheungs at all. An All Pong hand takes no Calling by Pairs, because that wait is built into the all-pong shape, and no False Single Wait. Only a True Single Wait, the last concealed tile waiting for its pair, adds 2.
