Sapphire Hand
The Sapphire Hand scores 20 points for a hand of only Character tiles and White dragons, with the White dragons as a pong, a gong or the pair, and no winds or other dragons. It differs from the Ruby Hand only in the dragon colour, and like every Jewel hand it also scores Semi-pure 30.
