Honours Hand
The Honours Hand, or All Honours, scores 90 points for a hand of nothing but wind and dragon tiles. The rest of the hand is scored the standard way: concealed pongs, seat and round winds, the wind and dragon families still add. It does not also add All Pong. Like All Pong, it takes no Calling by Pairs and no False Single Wait; only a True Single Wait adds 2. It is not a two-suit or pure hand.
