Little Dragons
Little Dragons scores 20 points for pongs of two dragon tiles plus a pair of the third — for example Red and Green triplets with White eyes. Completing that pair into a third triplet upgrades the hand to Big Dragons.

2 dragon pongs + a pair of the 3rd dragon. 20 points.
Red + Green dragon pongs + White dragon pair = Little Dragons (20 pts). The per-pong dragonPong bonus is suppressed by the combo.
