All Sequences (all sheung) scores 5 points when each of your five melds is a run of three consecutive tiles, with no pongs anywhere. It is the gateway sequence hand; with no flowers and no honours present it upgrades to the 15-point No Flowers / No Honours all-sequence bonus.
A worked example
All 5 melds are sheungs (sequential). 5 pts when flowers/honours present.
All sheungs + flowers present = 5 pts (the 15pt version requires no flowers AND no honours).
