Bots are always labelled
When a seat is played by the computer, the table shows a clear "BOT PLAYING" marker on that seat. You always know whether you are sitting across from a person or a bot. A bot never pretends to be a person.
Every multiplayer game is monitored
Games with two or more people are reviewed by our fair play checks. These look for patterns that do not happen in honest play, such as one account repeatedly feeding points to another, the same two accounts always ending up at the same table, or a single person quietly running several accounts.
A person makes every decision
Our checks only gather evidence and rank it for review. They never suspend or penalise anyone on their own. Someone on our team looks at the evidence before any action is taken. We know that families and friends often play together from the same home, so a shared device or network on its own is never treated as cheating.
How to report a player
If something feels wrong at a table, you can report the player from the game. Open the players panel, choose the seat, and tap Report. Tell us what happened in a line or two. Every report reaches our review team.
